Anthracnose

Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Anthracnose) is one of the most common Colletotrichum fungal plant pathogens. It causes bitter rot in variety of crops worldwide, particularly perennials in the tropical regions. Some of the important host plants include citrus, yam, papaya, avocado, coffee, eggplant, sweet pepper, and tomato.
